Right arm often symbolizes sending or giving, left arm often symbolizes receiving or bringing in. These are subconscious meanings. But the right arm in American society is often associated with truth/honesty. I say right arm for sending/giving subconciously and truth/honesty via society. I'm a sociologist. My vote is for upper right arm. Alright that makes more sense then. What does the left arm usually associate with? -interested-

I actually like the idea of Green. However since whites already put out there it could be to much hassle to switch no? Does it really matter? Once people understand the message is so far from anything racial I doubt it would matter that much.

I don't think it matters exactly where the armband is. Wearing it around the wrist ensures that is doesn't fall off because it's tied around the narrowest part of the arm. If you're wearing it around the upper arm, it will be more visible. If wearing around the upper arm, please use safety pins to attach it, so it doesn't fall.

Hmm. That's a tough one, the decision between upper arm and wrist. I'm not sure, both have pros and cons. We should have a poll.

Honestly, if I go out tomorrow and see anybody wearing a white, green, or purple piece of cloth tied to any part of their arm or clothing, I will suspect them to be in on this movement.
Maybe later down the line the colors could mean something more significant?
I think for now, the standard is having one strip of white cloth tired around your upper right arm.
Left arm, forearm, or wrist is fine, too.
Like I said in another thread, I don't even think it would be a problem to have it donned in a more discreet location, like through a belt-loop or around your ankle... It's certainly not every day you see people wearing strips of white cloth tied to themselves.

It's certainly not every day you see people wearing strips of white cloth tied to themselves. If you see anyone wearing armbands, I encourage you to ask them about it. If they're not part of the movement, tell them about it. Also, the point of the armbands is to be visible and spread a message, so I would like to discourage people from trying to be discrete. Being discrete does not make anyone hear your message.

I hope you all keep up the pace with this idea. I will be back later today, my brain needs to reboot.

Yeah, I'm going to retire soon, too. I must admit I have a lot of other things going on, so I might not be able to be as proactive within this community as I would like to, but I at least wanted to create this place as an HQ for us to communicate and set the wheels in motion. I trust we will all be working hard to do our part, whether we participate at the forum or not.
Regardless, this is going in my bookmarks and I'll be spreading it to trusted associates in person and across various social networking groups. I recommend you all do the same.

For the first time in a long time, I'm proud of something that I'm a part of. I just wanted to say that before going for a nap. Those of you staying, please continue to spread the word.

I don't care what color myself, but seeing as gangs are getting bigger around here should we just stick to colors? Maybe adding some symbols wouldn't hurt?
For placement, why not right arm (Band) or forehead (Bandanna)? The same as all the RFID scare dox and the Mark of the Beast stuff? Or go opposite to it?

Possibly something like this? Just a plan white arm band or a ripped piece of white shirt/clothe. The design can be drawn on with a black marker.
